Not connected no connection available

After i restarting my windows 10 toshiba laptop, the wifi bar doesn't appear on the right taskbar. Instead they replace a Rectangle(monitor) with red x on right taskbar. And i touch it with my cursor saying "not connected no connection available". What thinks happen? Pls help...
