Using the Cipher utility to overwrite deleted files

-- I have Win XP Home Edition. If I type in “cipher: /W:C:\Protectedâ€
(without quotes) will this command overwrite only data deleted from the
folder named Protected, which is found at C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My
Documents\Protected or will it overwrite all data on my C: Drive that is not
allocated to files or folders, or what will it overwrite? Thank you,

cipher.exe is part of EFS. EFS isn't included in XP Home Edition, so the
cipher.exe command isn't present.
