D drive out of space but can't increase size: only 450 MB

I received a warning on my windows 10 machine that my local d drive was running low. It appears to be a partition, but it looks to be set to only 450 MB. I have 300+ GB available on my c drive. I can't figure out how to increase the size of the d drive, just taking space from the c drive. Sorry everyone. I know this may be easy, but I've gone through the community answers already and can't figure it out. Maybe I'm not asking the right question. Thanks for any help you may offer.
