The Old Puter Man
Have a whacky one... Not sure where to address it to.
I recently updated my Win 10 Pro to the April Update. Since then I've been having sound issues. I normally play all music (Spotify & WinAmp) through a pair of Bluetooth connected speakers. Gaming, YouTube, Videos and FaceBook all played there also.
I just installed a ViewSonic VA2465 monitor and now I can't play anything except for Spotify & WinAmp over Bluetooth. If I D/L the Vids & Movies they play normally through Bluetooth.
Everything else plays through the VA2465 speakers. I have noticed, at times, when trying to D/L music from my PC to my iPhone, it will play instead over the VA2465 while Spotify is playing over Bluetooth.
I'm running an older GigaByte GA-G41M-ES2H MoBo with the Intel G41 Chipset. Sound is provided by an integrated Realtek ALC887.
No problems before the April Update and the new monitor.
All suggestions are appreciated and if I've addressed this wrong please re-post for me. It's getting annoying as the monitor's speakers are nasty.
