Energy icon in taskbar disappeared

I realized this week that the energy (or battery) icon in my taskbar is missing.


I cheked and the icon is activated (or I think it is because it's gray and doesn't let me change the status) and set to appear in the task bar.


Is there any idea how to make the icon reappear or what could be wrong?
