Powershell 'Run' button from Show-Command cmdlet not working

As title says, when using the graphical interface that gets prompted when executing Show-Command cmdlet, and after filling fields with respective parameter values and pressing 'Run', instead running the instruction the text just gets copied into the powershell terminal but adding a ^M at the end.


Apart from this mention here* (which remains unsolved), I have not heard about anyone else having this same issue.


* What is the ^M for in PowerShell when I use show-command?


Do you know what could be happening?
