New PC...MS Store....Themes not downloading

I have a new PC and I'm trying to download Themes from the MS Store but it just sits there and "works" but never downloads. 2 questions....

1. Where do the Themes download to? They used to land in the Downloads folder.

2. Will they show up under Themes in the Settings app?


I am logged in with my MS account so not sure why the downloads just sit there.
