Windows 10 fried my computer

Need to speak with someone regarding Windows 10 updates that have completely locked up my computer. We called tech support who had no solution. Windows 10 initial update screwed up my display (incessant blinking). When trying to fix this issue, Windows tried pushing more updates that have completely locked up my computer. Tried rebooting about 50 times today, tried running in safe mode, tried doing a system refresh back to before the latest update. Every time it reboots, it tries to update again and locks up. This is insane!
