I am running Windows10 version 1709 on a Dell laptop. I have installed this update "2018-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64-based Systems (KB4074588)" at least 10 times. I have restarted after each install and when I check for updates this same update shows up every time.
