I am using Asus UX360CA, 2 in 1, laptop, with Windows 10 Professional and recently updated Windows 10 to 1803 update.
After that I faces problem with my laptop touchpad:
- Touchpad get randomly disabled when I perform some action (mostly happen when open new browser tab, Chrome/EDGE), Then it does not works no clicks, scroll, movement or gesture.
- The problem is not specific to chrome or edge though, it happen while using other desktop apps also.
- But, separate mouse keeps working.
- Even enabling or disabling the Touchpad from setting does not bring it back.
- It comes back if I touch my touch screen (just a tap on screen and touch pad is working again), but get disabled again randomly (if it disappears after some time of activity) It got disabled 5-6 times while writing this post.
I tried,
- Installing/reinstalling Touchpad drivers
- Installing gesture software of Asus
- Upgrading VGA drivers
- disabling hardware acceleration in chrome
- Updating bios drivers.
- Installing/Reinstalling Asus flip lock software.
Please help.
