After I Update Windows to 1709

After I update my windows to version 1709 everything goes well until my computer restarts and I get a black screen. I tried leaving my computer on with the black screen for more than 6 hours but nothing happens. When I restart my pc again to see if it fixes it I get a blue screen update that freezes at round 81% to 90% . I dont know what to do, I have tried many solutions to try and fix my problem but non worked so far. If anyone can Help it would be highly appreciated.
