Unable to install printer. Access Is Denied

Hey there,

Got a Win Server 2012 machine, giving this error for any printer trying to be installed with different drivers on administrator account.


Have checked the "Prevent Users from Installing Printers" local group policy is not enforced.

Have made sure I have permissions to access C:\Windows\System32\spool

Have restarted print spool service.


Any help appreciated.
