Windows 10 April 2018 Update issues

After installing the Windows 10 April 2018 update on my PC i keep getting a system error 32 notification and my home screen is black with no icons. also when i go to click on the action center the PC wont respond, the only thing it will respond to is if i click the right button. Please tell me how I can fix this as i need the PC fix.
