C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is unavailable error on Windows 10, I get a black screen with recycle bin and nothing else works

I have been having the same problem as it looks like 100s of other and not able to use my laptop even try to do what is posted since I can not get tot eh explore file to do anything

I tried all the below but not working for me may need the fix for dummies recoveries are not working Window did a good job this time to the public.

How do I get to the file explorer?
