I hope some one can tell me why microsoft has gone so down hill, I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 no problems.....but this year I have been given an update titled April 18 and it has totally changed my experience. I am now wasting time trying to work out how to access simple things such as my email is not working, my drop box account is messed up, my files have been in some instances removed and my restore points are all gone. So I'm stuck in this awful place with work to do and a computer that does not want to do it because it received an update. Please help! I want my computer back!
