I have Windows 10. I have installed multiple different languages and IME on the computer. The Windows was initially installed as an English version, but I downloaded the language pack and switched the display language to Traditional Chinese.
The computer worked all fine until I updated my Windows to latest update recently.
Well, technically speaking, the update was fine, but after a few days, the language pack has become problematic. I discovered that the windows display language is switched back to English. And also, I can no longer switch my language input to Traditional Chinese Array. I right clicked on the language bar and then "Language preference", the "Region & language" window opened for a few seconds and it closed itself.
I then tried another way. I opened "Settings" window, and I clicked on "Time & Language". I clicked on "Region & language" and again the Settings window closes after a few seconds.
I can no long change settings for the languages... I had been using this computer for quite a while before the update and it had no problem at all. It all happened a few days after the Window update, so may be I can blame the problem on the update?
Anyone can help me with that?
