Backlit Keyboard not working on Asus Q303UA laptop

After your latest disastrous Update, Windows 10 would not load and I had to reinstall Windows 10, after which my keyboard no longer lights up. Upon starting up, it comes on for a few seconds and that is it...I installed latest ATK and Asus Gesture, which was also missing, and still nothing. Fn 3 or 4 doesn't turn it on either. Can someone help me with this fix, please and thank you?
