After the upgrade, Microsoft Bluetooth Protocol no longer functions.
This is a problem with Windows, not a 3rd party or add on driver problem.
There are several problems here. The first is bthl2cap.sys is no longer in windows\system32\drivers directory (it still exists in windows.old\system32\drivers directory).
If I try to update the driver and have windows look in windows.old/system32/ for the correct driver, I will report Windows found the driver but could not move/copy it. When I try just windows\system32/ Windows reports there are no drivers to be found.
I have already tried all the common trouble shooting procedures such as installing new drivers, but this is an issue where the problem lies completely on a bug that does not let one fix it.
I have read solutions where the only way to resolve this is by doing a refresh of windows. I shouldn't have to do a refresh to fix Microsoft bugs.
