activating windows 10 pro after hardware change

I recently upgraded from windows 7 Ultimate to windows 10 Pro, everything was peachy. Then I upgraded my computers motherboard and installed a fresh version of Windows 10 Pro (Using the same product key) It simply won't let me activate it? Error code 0xC004C003 (I have also tried everything Microsoft cool, but useless, virtual agent suggested)
