Hello
I have recently bought a game from the microsoft store, however my download is not working properly. It downloaded about 200 MB, then the download rate rapidly decreased and then the download rate disappeared. I tried running wsreset.exe but it didn't help. I tried running a code on Powershell while running on administrator:
"& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}"
There was no change. I ended up stopping the download and resuming every time the download rate drops and disappears and i have been doing this for 4 hours and im pretty fed up now. It would download 20mb then stop downloading, but it would show the message for example "downloading 1.38GB of 18.46GB" even though it is not downloading.
I have searched many sites leading to the same suggestions stated previously. I later tried getting help by talking to an employee who created a TEST account on the system then directed me to a "one-on-one" program of some sort, but i do not need to take such a huge step.
I think it is because Windows is installed on my C: drive and i am trying to install the game on the D: drive, but it works for my other gaming clients perfectly fine.
Ontop of that, when the download rate decreases and ceases to download, my windows would become very slow.
I hope i could get a solution to my problem.
Thank you
