Hi.
I recevied an update for windows on 22nd May 2018, I accepted that and after that update i was not able to get my computer work, all i could see was a recyle bin and thats it i could'nt shut down or do anything on it. I called Microsoft help line they made me walk thru to the procedure to get my computer run back BUT when i got my computer running and my files, folders picture etc etc everything was gone. my computer is like the 1st day i bought it 4m the store. I can see the Windows.old folder but that too is empty. I am stuck don't know what to do have lost all my saved job for last 4 years.
