Windows 8.1 was much easier to navigate. Why did you make WIN 10 so difficult to use?

Why do you make any new version so different? Just when WIN 8.1 was very user friendly, you make WIN 10 so complicated to use. It may seem easy for you, but I'm the one who has to wade through it.
