No connections are available

I restarted my Windows 10. After I did, for some reason, when I click on that little arrow thing on the taskbar (I don’t know what it’s called exactly), it doesn’t show my network status. When I press Control + Alt + Delete, and click on the network icon, it says that no connections are available. So ever since I restarted my PC, I can’t access my internet. Does anyone know what’s going on?
