C:\windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is unavailable error on Windows 10

After an update of windows 10 in my laptop, I restart as it asked me to do, I logged with my user and password and then that error appeared. My desktop was blank, invisibleicons except recycle bin., Task view icon on the task bar. If i press anything like the wondows button or if i press cortana it never pops up. Help me please
