Mouse Pointer

I recently was messing around with the settings and I messed with the 'Cursor and Pointer Size' settings, and I did something and now my pointer is weird and my loading symbol is an hourglass instead of that blue scrolling wheel. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated :)
