Parental locks on my account

Hi. When I try to access certain websites on my laptop I get stopped by a message saying I need to ask a parent's permission. Problem is, I have no family members linked and my account is an adult account. I know this because I have two devices and the other device (my desktop), using this same account, does not get stopped by parental locks when I try to access those same websites. Any ideas on how/why this is happening and how I can get rid of these parental locks?
