Rendering stop working after deleting microsoft visual c++

so.. at first i have seen on control panel to many pogramms name microsoft visual c++ and each version have 2 or 3 exact programm. i have dicided to delete some of it. i left some program, each version 1 programm. after that my autocad lagg while rendering. what can i do to repair this thing?
