Hi
I recently updated to the latest version of windows. As soon as I did that I started getting blue screen errors saying “video_tdr_failure” and “nvlddmkm.sys”. In short, I isolated my problem to be the integrated graphics driver intel HD 630. Then I couldn’t install a new one or update it because it seems that ASUS uses a bespoke driver for intel and they wouldn’t help me.
Now I’m trying to resest my computer back to its original state to see whether it is a software error or if i should take it in. The problem is I cannot reset my computer either, I get “there was a problem resetting your pc”. I’ve tried all methods given online, such as: disable and enable reagentc through command prompt, sys windir check in command prompt. I’ve tried everything I could find, but still can’t reset PC.
I would really appreciate some help on this, because I would like to see if the problem could be fixed before I send it away and sit computerless for a long time.
