Hi everyone,
we are using SharePoint 2013 onprem and told our users to use "Open with Explorer" instead of the buggy sync client to work with SharePoint.
Now with Win10 we have the problem, that the users that follow our suggestion, have a hard time if they open the Windows Explorer. It freezes for about 1 minute (sometimes more) and then proceeds. Most of them are remote workers
As we found out it has to do with all the files they opened via WebDAV from SharePoint.
As a workaround we disabled the view of the recent files. Which makes some users unhappy.
Is there a switch where i can limit these files to "local files" or to stop the check if the file is available?
Best regards
Stephan
