No DSL Annoying Pop Up Because Of Edge Automatically Opening

Should have recorded it for evidence but when my internet was not working, Edge opened up automatically to say I don't have a DSL connection, I do have it now but it's really annoying. I have some evidence. Next time I should screen record when it does it again. I've got photo evidence of after it happened. I used to be stuck using Windows 7 and I am now using Windows 10. I have gotten used to Windows 10. I've been using it mainly for just over a year
