Blue screen for 0x00000133 caused by ntoskrnl.exe

Hello, i have faced constantly and randomly Blue screen crashes caused. The who crashed software noticed that it is caused by ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x175570) .

Here i posted the dmp:

is it a hardware issue or the windows issue?
