unattented file for Windows Server 2016 Datacenter VM

Use Windows ADK WSIM tool crate a unattend file for VM.

VM is Hyper-V and VM OS is Windows Server 2016 Datacenter edition.

Use sysprep packaging the OS image.

sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:C:\unattend\Untitled.xml

Two Questions:

1. How do I skip Language Choose UI？

2. Set <SkipAutoActivation>true</SkipAutoActivation> Why not effective?
