Buzzing in headphones when I start a game

Hello! When I connect my headphones to the PC (any headphones), I start hearing a buzzing. It's really annoying when I start playing a game because it's really loud. I think about changing my sound card, but I hope I can get some help from someone before. I tried every troubleshooting step Microsft Virtual Agent gave me, and the problem is still here. Please, I need help! :(
