Windows 10 Updates Not Installing

Lately my Windows Updates are not installing, I use a laptop with Windows 10


After running ' Window Update Troubleshooter' it read,

Potential Windows Update Database error Detected (not fixxed) and

Repair Windows Update Database Corruption (not fixxed)


Then I ran the ' Network/Internet Troubleshooter' it read;

Computer appears to be configured correctly, but the service or resource (www.microsoft.com)

is not responding. and

Cumulative Update Windows 10 version 1709 for x64 based system (KB4103727 Error Ox80246007

and Update for Adobe Flash Player Windows 10 Ver 1709 for x64 (KB4103727 Error Ox80073701
