How to change color of the touchscreen keyboard in Windows 10

Hi, my laptop recently updated to Windows 10 version 1803. After this update the tablet mode touchscreen keyboard is a washed out grey color, I'd like to change it back to a dark gray but cannot find any setting to change the color. All help is appreciated. Thank you.
