Notifications minimize game window on Windows 10

When I receive a Viber notification my fullscreen game window gets minimized.

I tried looking for solution and the only thing that people recommend is to shutdown notifications either for just Viber or for all apps.

I don't want to do that - I would like to keep receiving all notifications but in a way that doesn't interrupt my fullscreen games.
