Windows 10 Multi Monitor no longer working in 1803

I have a quad monitor setup, with a 4K monitor as my main desktop, and a triple 1080p screen gaming setup all running from a GeForce 980Ti. This has worked fine in the past, and I switch between the 4k screen and triple screens depending on what I am doing. After upgrading to 1803, my fourth monitor (one of my triples) is no longer recognised.

I have tried a cable change, swapping the monitors around to see if one was at fault, and have updated all drivers but nothing works. I suspected that the particular displayport on the graphics card might be the issue, and as a last attempt to get it to work installed an older version of Windows 10 (1709) onto my PC. This worked, and I had all my screens back and working, but as soon as I upgraded to 1803 I lost the fourth one again.

This is definitely not a hardware fault, but for some reason 1803 does not play well with 4k monitors and three other screens. My Main monitor is on displayport (as this is needed for 4k @ 60Hz) with the 1080p screens on the next displayport and HDMI outputs, the 1080p screen that isn't detected is on the final displayport. Reading around it seems that people are having issues when using a 4k screen with three other monitors on Windows 10. Help!
