Whenever I stream videos on YouTube or any other streaming sites like Netflix, the video and audio are out of sync. It is fine for the first couple of seconds but the video gradually slows down and becomes synced. This happens on every video on both google chrome and windows edge. Sometimes when I use google chrome, I am able to pause the video and when I un-pause it, the video will catch up to the audio but most of the time it stays unsynced. Even when it does catch up it will gradually change back. I have tried to change certain settings on my laptop but none seem to do anything. My laptop has seen better days and has been though a lot of wear and tear. I use to my knowledge the latest version of windows 10 and I have a monitor connected to my laptop but I have the same problem when it is unplugged. I have seen these types of posts before but none of them say that it happens gradually.
