Auto-Save pictures

I have gone into OneDrive>Settings>Auto-Save multiple times to attempt to disable it, but "Automatically save photos and videos to OneDrive" is not checked. I prefer to use DropBox to save my photos, but can't figure out how to disable Windows/OneDrive feature to allow DropBox to function.
