Hello, I am having issues with disk utilization and reporting.. While surfing the internet the computer becomes unresponsive to the point I have to wait sometimes up to two minutes for the task manager to come up even though I have it pinned to the taskbar.. and this is only three or four tabs open.
What really makes me scratch my head is that the task manager reports 99% disk usage and I scroll through ALL the running programs, and it never adds up to anything more than a few megabytes let alone the whole disk so what gives? At the same time Why does Windows wait to finish loading something when I hit Ctrl Alt Del? It has always been (before windows 7-10) that when you hit ctrl>alt>del ALL activity is supposed to stop...mem disk etc.. it now seems like ctrl alt del is totally useless as a safety measure as it will load whatever anyhow regardless that you hit the three finger salute.What should I do besides dumping windows for a Linux distro?
