My OS is Windows 10 which is installed on a HP desktop PC. I have Bitdefender ant-virus protection installed to supplement Windows Defender.
My research work patterns call for me to copy and paste (or save) multiple URLs of websites as well as various web links of published articles, often referred to as "hyperlinks", on to Word documents. So far so good.
However, when time comes to access important content from said hyperlinks they will not open. Instead I continue getting error message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on your computer. Pleas contact your system administrator".
Much to my frustration this has been going on for several months. Have tried a number of fixes, none of them effective.
Would appreciate suggestions or guidance for addressing this malfunction at earliest convenience.
