Windows is glitching on me! HELP

Today I was using Windows 10 on my HP Pavillion dv7 and I was using the Opera Broswer before the incident happenned and every time I booted up Windows the screen will always glitch up and it will always go in Automatic Repair and start glitching again.

Please someone help me because the situation is getting worse.
