So the subject occurs when I sign into an administrator account.
When signing onto a non-admin account, I get a blue screen that says: "Windows couldn't connect to the System Event Notification Service service (yes, it says service twice) - please consult your system administrator."
And when booting into safe mode, I get a message that says: "sihost.exe - System warning: Unknown Hard error," then once I sign in, it's back to the dark blue screen, but it gets to when the icons start showing up this time.
I can't open task manager, messing with the monitor settings doesn't fix anything, startup repair does nothing, rebooted countless times, and it's unable to redownload windows without removing any data.
I feel like I should also mention that it also stays on the loading "welcome" message for an extended amount of time.
I appreciate any assistance, thank you.
