Problems upgrading from W7 to W10

So I recently bought a W10 license key, which is fine, is genuine, and when i use the media creation tool, everything goes well until I get a message from the program telling me that I'll have some problems with my display device in windows 10, I'm running a 1050 Ti, FX 4300 and my monitor only supports vga cable, so I have an active adapter from vga to hdmi so I can use my 1050 Ti, should I keep W7 or should I keep going with W10 and handle the problem in there?
