Tricked to delete my downloads folder as if it was a temporary one during update

Dear Microsoft Support,

I current have windows 10 on my pc, and during a regular update a window came up showing that I have low storage so I need to delete some files. So the windows showed me that I have temporary folders and one of them was Downloads Folder. Thinking that it was not my main Download Folder and was only a temporary one as it appeared at the top, I chose to delete the folder, but at the end it was my main one which has lots of important files that now all gone. All what I want is to restore those files,
