I have spent days not trying to access my accounts properly and cannot as keep being told passwords are wrong and even after resetting it god knows how many times, it is still wrong. I was advised that the account was blocked and I could not get a security number until the following day. ????
I have tried and tried to get into the Microsoft account and it keeps asking me to log on with Hello which my pc does not support? Is there any reason other than the recent update to 1803 from 1703 that is causing this. Its like being a hamster on a treadmill.
