Following the April update I started having this issue:
When I click on a taskbar item (i.e.- volume control or wifi settings) the menu will show, but when I move the cursor over the menu, it disappears. This occurs when right-clicking any icon in the taskbar as well (i.e.- Chrome, File Explorer). The context menu appears, but then disappears when the cursor hovers over the menu.
Additionally, this problem occurs in Microsoft Outlook with the search menu. If I click the search menu, previously searched for terms show up in a menu. When I move to click an item it disappears.
In both instances, if I use the arrow keys I can scroll through the options without losing the menu.
I tried booting in safe mode and experienced the same problems. I uninstalled Microsoft Office, reinstalled, updated--same issue. I rolled back the Windows update to 1709 and the issues were not present. Reinstalling 1803, the issue returned.
Thoughts?
