Problem trying to update to April release

Hi all, I have been trying to install this update (1803) for a while now. Every time it says there is a problem, 'click here to fix'. I do this then it says 'You can't install windows on a USB flash drive using setup'. Thing is, I'm not, it's an Intel SSD (not the one there have been problems with, i tried installing KB4100403 and it says I don't need it).

I have removed all USB storage (only things left plugged in via USB are my wifi dongle & my mouse). I have then restarted and tried again, still no joy.

Any ides, please?
