So after I installed the new windows 10 update, every time I try to open file explorer let's say on chrome to locate and upload a file or simply photoshop or any other program, it simply closes the program I am trying to open a file on right away. If I am trying to locate a file in file explorer it simply closes file explorer itself. This is extremely frustrating given that I cant upload or locate any files on my computer without having the program to be closed before I am able to. Never updating Windows 10 again given that every time I do, a new insane and obnoxious bug appears. If anyone had this problem and was able to fix it please leave the solution below since this is extremely frustrating and
