Windows 10 1083, caused major problems, rolled back everything OK but MS has downloaed it again!

Windows 10 1803 update prevented Excel working properly, rolled back, works fine but MS has installed it again and waiting for 'restart' to finish installation. How can I stop it?


I can't use the laptop on line for fear of the installation being completed!
